Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a session take?

Each IV infusion lasts approximately 60-90 minutes, but can vary from person to person. Wellness shots typically take just a few minutes to administer. After the wellness shot, our nurse’s will briefly monitor you to ensure there are no adverse reactions prior to their departure.

What locations do you serve? Do you charge travel fees?

We are 100% mobile and currently serve locations throughout MA including Cape Cod, Boston, South Shore, and more. Please inquire via email about specific location requests. What do I need to do make an appointment?

To make an appointment email us at info@HydrataMA.com. Our team will get in touch with you to review the services you are seeking, day/time for treatment, pricing, and intake forms which can be completed either electronically or in person. Our intake forms provide our trained clinicians valuable insight into your overall health to ensure you can receive our IV hydration products, and to best serve your hydration needs.

Do you have set hours and days of the week you are available?

We currently do not have set days or hours of the week for availability. We are first come first serve, and do our best to accommodate your selected service/s on your schedule when you need it most. If we are unable to accommodate your desired day and time, we will do our best to provide you with our next availability.

How far in advanced do I have to book an appointment?

We ask that you email us for all requests for IV services, even if it’s last minute. We know life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate your service/s on your schedule. If we cannot accommodate your request, we will do our best to offer you our next availability. For group sessions, we ask for at least two weeks notice.

What can I expect during my session?

A small needle is gently inserted into a vein to start the IV drip. Our dedicated team stays during the entirety of the treatment to track your infusion rate and comfort for a smooth and pleasant experience. Once the infusion is finished, the IV is carefully removed, and you can resume your activities as usual. Wellness shots are quickly administered into the muscle with a short monitoring period post injection by your nurse to ensure no adverse reactions occur prior to their departure.

What do your prices include?

IV therapy and wellness injections are a medical service that can relieve unwanted symptoms like dehydration, nausea, pain, and more to help you feel and function at your absolute best. Our pricing reflects the quality of the ingredients in each drip to achieve this, the necessary medical supplies to administer your service/s, and our travel fees. IV therapy and wellness injection services can only be administered by licensed and experienced medical professionals. Our highly qualified and board certified nursing team has over 50 years combined experience working in the field, and, because we are 100% mobile, they bring safe and professional care directly to you when you need it most.

Does Insurance cover IV therapy? What forms of payment do you accept?

We do not accept insurance for our IV services. We accept payment in the form of cash, check, debit, credit, and HSA/FSA. Clients should verify HSA/FSA eligibility directly with their provider.
